Acceptance of terms
By accessing, browsing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.
Website usage and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use this website under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms. Please provide accurate, true and complete information when ordering or contacting our team.
Products and natural variations
Madikar Taila offers traditional wood-pressed oils, millets, chutney powders, ghee and pantry products. Natural sediment and seasonal differences in oil colour, aroma or thickness can occur in unrefined oils.
We aim to describe products, sizes and packaging accurately. Bottle shapes and labels may change as packaging is updated.
Prices, taxes and availability
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change with raw material availability and market costs. The price confirmed when your order is placed applies to that order.
- Products are subject to batch and seasonal availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, customer care will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
Order placement and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when it has been processed and dispatched, with dispatch confirmation and a tracking reference.
Madikar Taila may decline, cancel or limit orders because of inaccurate contact details, an unserviceable address, a technical pricing error, suspected fraud or other delivery limitations.
Payments
Available payment options are confirmed when ordering. Online payments, when available, are processed through authorised payment providers such as Razorpay or verified UPI channels. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) or untracked cash collections.
Madikar Taila does not store card numbers, CVVs, expiry dates, bank passwords or UPI PINs. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider.
Shipping, cancellations and refunds
Delivery estimates, cancellation windows and return conditions are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Report damaged, leaking or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery and include unboxing photographs or video evidence.
Intellectual property
The Madikar Taila name, logos, product descriptions, website layout, imagery and code are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, duplication or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Madikar Taila and its proprietors, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss arising from website use or inability to use it, or delays outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport strikes or regional restrictions. Our total liability for a disputed order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and contracts made through this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hubballi–Dharwad, Karnataka, India.
