MADIKAR TAILA PURE BY NATURE
POLICIES & CUSTOMER CARE

Cancellation & Refund

How to cancel an order, report a delivery problem and request a replacement or refund.

Policy effective: September 1, 2026

Order cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and before dispatch to request a free cancellation. Send your order reference by WhatsApp or email. Once an order is handed to the delivery team or courier and is in transit, it cannot be recalled or cancelled.

If Madikar Taila cancels an order because an item is unavailable or an address is unserviceable, we will notify you and initiate a full refund.

Returns and replacements

Edible oils, millets, chutney powders and ghee are consumable grocery products. Routine returns are not accepted once the bottle or packet seal has been opened, except for verified damage or an order error.

You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund for:

  • A product or bottle broken or cracked during shipment.
  • Oil leakage or a damaged cap seal during transit.
  • An incorrect product or pack size.
  • An invoiced item missing from the parcel.

How to make a claim

  1. Inspect your parcel and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Take 2–3 clear photographs or a short video showing the shipping label, outer box and damaged seal, bottle or incorrect item.
  3. Send the evidence and your order reference to WhatsApp customer care or care@madikartaila.com.
  4. Our team will verify the claim within 12–24 hours and arrange a replacement or initiate a full refund.

Refund method and timeline

  • Original payment method: approved refunds are returned to the card, bank account or UPI account used for the payment.
  • Timeline: allow approximately 5–7 business days after a refund is initiated for it to appear in your account.
  • No processing deductions: eligible cancellations before dispatch and verified transit damage receive a full refund, including any delivery fee paid.

When returns or refunds are not available

  • Claims submitted after the 48-hour reporting window.
  • Opened, used or partly consumed products without a defect or transit damage.
  • Parcels returned because of an incorrect delivery address or recipient unavailability after multiple delivery attempts.
  • Natural variations in oil colour, viscosity or aroma associated with traditional wood pressing.
