We use your information to prepare and dispatch orders, reconcile payments, communicate delivery updates, answer product questions and resolve delivery, replacement or refund requests.
Payments and service providers
Madikar Taila does not collect or store card credentials, CVV codes, bank passwords or UPI PINs. When online payment is available, payment credentials are handled by the payment provider, such as Razorpay.
We share the recipient’s name, delivery address and phone number with our local delivery team or courier partners to deliver your order. When you choose to send your order and address on WhatsApp, those details are shared through WhatsApp.
We may disclose information when required by applicable Indian law, a judicial order or a lawful request from government authorities. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to advertising brokers.
